Virtual S.O.S. commenced in 2007 to cater for the growing need of small to medium sized businesses in outsourcing their administration functions virtually. Both Michelle and Josephine saw the potential to create a perfect partnership with businesses who could utilise their extensive experience without the need to employ onsite staff.

Michelle and Josephine have worked in the administration and system field for over 15 years and have expertise in the following areas:
Office Management - Word processing, mail merges, templates, desktop publishing, email campaigns, website maintenance, adword campaigns.
Business Analysis - Flowcharting, process and system review & improvement, cost/benefit analysis.
System analysis & design - Writing business specifications, creating test plans, user acceptance testing, spreadsheet, database design, website design and build.
Project Management - Project scoping through to execution, Stakeholder communication.
Management - Supervising staff, recruiting, reward & recognition and budgets.
Software - Microsoft office suite - Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Publisher, MS Project, Access, Photoshop, online systems such as webconsole, basecamp, freshbooks,Joolma.
They have worked in both small business and corporate and specialise in problem solving and working closely with people to build better processes and systems.
Josephine commenced her career working for small companies in the Secretarial field. She then progressed her career working for a large corporate company for over 10 years, in the areas of Finance, Superannuation and Insurance. She held positions in clerical, business analysis, management and project management. She has gained experience working with a broad range of systems, leading technical teams and specialised in the areas of Process and System improvement. Josephine has also completed a commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
Josephine has strong organisational and communication skills. She enjoys working with people, computers, problem solving and loves a challenge.
Michelle started her career in office administration and her strong aptitude for computers allowed her to quickly progress into system support. Michelle's system support roles gave her exposure to assisting and teaching others, implementing new mainframe systems and software packages.
In latter years Michelle moved into the areas of Management and Project management. Michelle gained extensive experience at leading and managing a diverse team of specialists with results delivered on time and under budget.
Michelle is highly analytical, enjoys implementing process improvements and sharing her knowledge with others.
